Active Gratefulness Practice
Together, we’ll explore active gratefulness — guided techniques to truly feel gratitude in the body. We’ll use breath and gentle movement to connect with emotions, let go of what’s no longer needed, and open up space for new energy and beginnings.

Yoga, mindful breathing, and movement teacher
As the new year approaches, I feel called to create space for reflection and renewal. I’ve come to realize how much we hold our experiences in the body, and through breath, movement, and presence, I aim to feel, release, and open to receive — restoring energy and inviting beautiful new beginnings.
